Really good Stay

The hotel provided a high-end experience with modern and comfortable bedrooms. I found several extras like the pillow menu and Nespresso machine quite good. The staff are the main jewel. I found them very polite and considerate. Stylianos Konstantinos, the Guest Service Manager, ensured all my medical requests were met.

Adequate Stay with Minor Issues
slow service cold food
The drink service at breakfast proved slow (I waited 20 minutes for coffee sometimes). The buffet food quality did not befit a 5-star hotel. Much was cold. The omelet arrived before the beverages.

secluded area really good service new mattresses reserved sunbeds
We found ourselves in a secluded area. The silence embraces you, and the service is really good. I found the new mattresses pure bliss. You are presented with a layout to select sunbeds upon check-in, and they will be reserved for you. I also appreciated the floor-to-ceiling windows in the bathroom with a sea view.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast included both a buffet and a la carte egg options. The food and drinks around the pool bar were excellent. I highly recommend the sushi platter. The cocktails are good quality and very well made, not always the case in the area.
